Chairman

Was born on the 5^th July 1956 in Rasht district of the Republic of Tajikistan.  He is a Tajik. On March 2020 at the first meeting of the first session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the sixth convocation Zokirzoda was elected Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

He began his career as a worker of a cotton processing plant in Turkmenistan. In 1974 - 1976 he was a student of Dushanbe Red Labor Flag of Polytechnic, 1976  - 1978 service in Armed Forces, 1978 - 1979 – a student of the Polytechnic school of  “Tojikgiprozem” of Dushanbe city, 1979 - 1980 – an  technician - geodesist of “Tojikghiprozem” Projecting Institute, 1980 - 1985 – a student of the Tselinograd Agrarian Institute (now - Astana of the Republic of Kazakhstan), 1985 - 1992 – engineer - geodesist, junior specialist, head of Supervision Group of Engineering Department, chief engineer of “Tojikghiprozem” Projecting Institute of the city of Dushanbe, 1992 - 1995 -  senior specialist of Agro - Industrial and Food Complex of Cabinet of Ministers Affairs Board of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1995 - 2003 - senior specialist of Agro -Industrial Complex of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003 - 2006 -  chief executive officer of National Cosmic, Geodesy and Cartography Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006 - 2008 - head of the Committee on Emergency and Civil Defence under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008 - 2010 - director of Land Management, Geodesy and Cartography Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 2010 till 2015 he took up a post of head of State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, from 2015 till 2016 Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

As of 2016 till 2020 he was deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Awards: “Khizmati Shoista” medal, “20^th anniversary of State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan” jubilee medal and “Kormandi Shoistai Tojikiston” honorary title.
