Born in 1951 in village Kuloli Jamoan Rudaki of Panjakent district, Sugd Oblast. Director of professional Development Centre of employees of higher educational institutions at the Tajik National University; nominated by the Socialist Party of Tajikistan.

Education – higher. In 1973 graduated from the Faculty of History and philology of the Dushanbe State Teacher’s Training Institute named after Shevchenko.

In 1997 he wrote dissertation to complete for a scientific degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences on theme “Role of Labor Collectives and Educating Senior Grades to Communistic Relations to labor”.

Since 1998, he is a member of the Socialist Party of Tajikistan (SPT); since the same year to 2004, was the chairman of Dushanbe city party organization of the SPT.

In 2004, Extraordinary Congress V of the SPT was elected the party chairman. He was twice nominated to candidacy of deputies to Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the RT.

He is rewarded by medals “For Courage”, “Fifth Anniversary of armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan”, breastplate “The Honored Educator of Tajikistan”, Thanks Letter of General Consulate of the USSR.

Career. The senior laboratory assistant of the Philosophy Department of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (1972 – 1973), service in the USSR Army (1973 – 1974), worker of faculty of Marxism – Leninism and History of the CPSU of the Tajik State Institute of Arts, (1975 – 1982), employee of the General Consulate of the USSR in Afghanistan (1982 – 1986), employee if Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Tajik State Institute of Arts named after M.Tursunzoda (1986 – 2002), First Deputy Director of the Professional Development Institute of Educators; leading expert in Language Department of the Ministry of Education RT (2004 – 2005).

Married, has 7 children.
